At MyJewelist, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must have all original packaging and tags attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized & Custom Orders (e.g., name necklaces, engraved pieces).
- Gift Cards & Sale Items (all discounted products are final sale).
- Hygiene-Sensitive Items (e.g., earrings, unless defective).

2. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at contact@myjewelist.com with your order details.
- If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
If you are outside the United States, return shipping may take longer.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- USA & Canada Orders – Free return shipping.
- International Orders – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@myjewelist.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please:
- Request a return for your original item.
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are not available for personalized items.
6. European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing Time: Some banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process and post refunds.
