What is your return and exchange policy?

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Incorrect Item Returned

Please double-check that you’re sending back the correct item(s) for your return. Unfortunately, due to logistical and customs constraints, MyJewelist cannot store or reship non-MyJewelist items that are mistakenly returned.

Personalized Orders

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. For updates on your order, contact us with your order number.

How do I use a polishing cloth?

Gently rub your jewelry with the cloth to restore its shine. Dark residue on the cloth is normal and indicates it’s working as intended. Avoid washing the cloth, as it will lose its cleaning properties. Always keep it out of reach of children.

Can I personalize my jewelry?

Yes! We offer engraving and custom options on select products. The available font styles, character limits, and pricing details are listed on each product page.

Are personalized items refundable?

Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Can I customize sizing or engraving?

Yes, you can ask custom sizing, our team will happy to help. Please note that we are not able to engrave on the all products.
